Job description
• Provide individualized care to an individual with developmental disabilities.
• Monitor and report changes in the individual’s health status.
• Provide personal care if needed with dressing and hygiene.
• Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication if needed.
• Teach self help skills.
A Home Share Provider shares their home with an individual with a developmental disability.
Qualifications and Experience
•Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, or other related fields.
• Positive and patient demeaner. Ability to build a rapport with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• In good health.
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract.
• Have a clean criminal record check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
